Everybody decides oneself:

When you reach home post work, first your kid get your attention after about 45 mins your spouse get your attention….sweep your child in your arms, then head straight to your wife land a kiss at forehead & add a warm hug. Because your kid will glow in the love that you two share. The healthy bond between mom & dad is the foundation stone of a stable home.

Loving yourself: let’s have a good time today..improving the quality of our life..
1. stop criticize yourself,you are doing it from yr & yr, it is clear that it does not work, find a image that you really love viz sunset, flower. Every time a –ve thought comes/ you frighten yourself switch to that image..
2. Dont scar yourself..
3.be kind, gentle & patient like when you start a garden you add small plant.to begin with nothing not much is happening. But after some time. Doing affirmation is one of the best to be kind to your mind..that build you up instead of beat you up.the diff between responsibility & blame is..resp is making a conscious choice about how you will respond to a particular situation...every word we speak is a affirmation..words & thoughts are shaping our future..blame creates guilt..guilt always seek punishment, punishment creates pain..being kind to yourself means stopping all blames, guilt, punishment & all pain. close your eye take 3 deep breath & release whatever stress you carry, say silently i love you all is well..i love myself..i am willing to learn.. i am in peace..we all have tremendous wisdom within us..see the mirror & say i forgive you & I m forgiven. The more you will give.the more you will get..love yourself do it now..dont wait for getting the new job..losing wt..don’t say i will love myself after getting a job..you come to this planet with some purpose. I believe wherever i go i am safe..the universe take care of me.it guides me every moment.. .


when was the last time you acknowledged & appreciated yourself? If it is been too long since your last pat on the back, then take the time right now to acknowledge & appreciate yourself for everything you have accomplished. Ask yourself HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU SUCCEEDED IN THE PAST MONTH? THE PAST YR? THE PAST 10 YRS? this is not a selfish /egotistical act .by taking time to stop & appreciate who you are & what you have achieved you actually can enhance everything about you.you can identify many successes such as: your intimate conversation with your spouse last night, the re-connection you established with an estranged friend last month, the quality time you were able to spend with your children today, how you learned a new task at work etc.

How to insulate ourselves from negative forces?

Whatever you read, see, listen to, talk about or experience during the last 45 mins of your evening has a huge influence on your next day activity. so use this process before u sleep: sit with your closed eyes, breathe deeply, ask your mind to show you where you could have been more effective, more aware, more loving, more assertive, or more of any other characteristic you want to focus on( review one characteristic at a time). A no. of events fm the day will come to mind, observe without self criticism. Then replay each incident in your mind the way you would have preferred to have done it. This will help you form the desired behaviour for the next time.

Science can be used for good & bad purposes. So it is with our lives.there are 2 selves within us.the higher & the lower the higher self impels us to overcome all that is negative in us- like greed, envy, anger & hatred. But the lower nature is inclined to suppress all that is positive & lead us towards evil.it is only when we strengthen the positive forces within us & identify with our higher self that we attain true happiness.

All of us come across a situation in life we don’t want to face,. We run away from such situations because a feeling inside us says that it will surely cause pain...We try escaping it...Pretending it doesn’t exist. But the mind however keeps on reminding us about it...that it’s still there. Running away from a problem isn’t its solution. This is where a spiritual practise helps immensely. Focus on the area to overcome it, imagining the scenario you would like to emerge which is benefit to all the parties involved and then take action by facing the problem...are the key factors.
